Why qualitative data instead of quantitative?

A lot of companies gather their data quantitatively. This very beneficial for certain jobs, however, we are not working with computers and objects buying our products we are working with people! Therefore, a deeper understanding on what makes people connect with you in particular can be invaluable in understanding the connection the customer has to your specific brand. Brand loyalty from customers often has an experience and emotionally driven reason. We want to find out what those are for you! Having a survey that guesses at their emotional answers is unhelpful when trying to target an audience. Qualitative data allows us to find loyalty motivations for your company and has the ability to provide you with a marketing tools you need to get your target audience.
